A nice B&D "FELT-GRIP" pick card can be seen in the 1936 catalog by Lyons.
David Day & Paul Bacon started up their company in 1906 and are most commonly known as having made some of the finest banjos of the 1920s. They did produce some guitars and sold the company to Gretsch in 1940. Gretsch continued to use the B&D name until 1968.
